• Return your kit and collected sample within 30 days of your order date to avoid late fees
• Kits and samples are eligible for processing for up to 90 days from your order date
• After 90 days, samples are no longer eligible for processing, and an equipment replacement charge may apply
• All equipment is inspected upon return. Missing or damaged components may result in repair or replacement fees
